No compensation for referrals
Referrals submitted through this form are not compensated. Nothing here creates a fee-sharing, marketing-services, or affiliated-business arrangement.
No commitment to lend
Your Mortgage Choice, LLC is a mortgage broker, not a mortgage lender. We arrange but do not make or fund mortgage loans. All loan products are offered through third-party lenders. All loans are subject to the applicable lender's underwriting guidelines, credit approval, and property appraisal requirements. Rates, terms, programs, and availability are subject to change without notice. Not all products are available in all states. This is not a commitment to lend.
Communication
We may contact you about the referral you submitted using the contact details you provide. Any marketing communication requires a separate, explicit opt-in.
Availability
Referrals can only be accepted for states in which we are currently licensed and configured to do business. If your state is unavailable in the form, please call 689-306-6999.
