Referral Privacy Notice
This notice describes how Your Mortgage Choice, LLC (DBA YMC) handles information submitted through the agent referral form. It supplements the privacy information published on our main website.
What we collect
We collect the client contact details and mortgage goal you provide, your own contact details, the state selected, your permission attestation with its timestamp and version, and non-personal campaign parameters such as UTM values.
How we use it
Referral information is used to contact the client about their mortgage goals, to route the referral internally, and to communicate with you about that referral. We do not sell referral information.
Client permission
You are asked to confirm that the client has given you permission to share their information and understands that a Your Mortgage Choice mortgage professional may contact them. We record the exact permission language version and the timestamp of that confirmation.
Storage and transmission
Referral details are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our internal systems. Draft form entries are held only in your browser's memory during the session and are not written to browser storage or to the page address.
What we share with you
With the client's permission and within applicable privacy limits, we may share appropriate milestone updates. We do not share a client's private financial information with you.
